Based on the interest of the corporations, we set up a 2-step selection process, based on the agreed criteria:
Startup development stage - Industry Focus - Region/Country of activity - and any other set of criteria.
In January 2019, 4 well recognized multinational corporations from Sweden, operating in Hungary, took part in a one-day business acceleration program focused on matchmaking.
MATCH Startup Program was born as a neutral business platform that aiming to bring together high performing corporations with well selected startups from different ecosystems, and having a focus on connectivity, mentoring and business match-making.

Handpicked startup players
We take advantage of our vast network of startup players, and the credibility granted to us through our other projects to create a selection process consisting in reaching more than 50.000 profiles of companies organically and directly using just one of our channels. When using our secondary network we can reach up to 300.000. We also have access to the direct phone numbers of the alumni from our other projects, that proactively allows us to reach them out in case of opportunities such as the MATCH program.

We believe that there are few things that engage more than a friendly competition, 20.000 nominations, every year, confirms our belief. That’s why we chose to focus on a framework that is less time consuming - the competition is totally online - and more oriented for promotion and connection of the participants - we are proud to promote our participants on our communication channels, together with our partners. The virtual nature of the competition creates another layer of integrity to the final result, as we make sure that our Jury Board is spread around the world and is not related to any of the participants where they also make the final selection.
